Please note our emails (including texts) are monitored during business hours, however due to the nature of a mobile vet service cannot always be responded to immediately.

We kindly ask that you allow 72 hours for a reply via this platform.

Veterinary requests will be triaged based upon urgency.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Arrival times

Due to the nature of mobile veterinary practice and unforeseen traffic delays, Dr. Anita may arrive up to 15–20 minutes before or after your scheduled appointment time. If her estimated time of arrival (ETA) changes, she will send you a text message to keep you informed.



Preparing your pet

If you have a cat, please ensure it is safely secured in a room before the appointment and cannot hide in difficult-to-access places, such as underneath beds.



Your pet's consultation

Upon arrival, Dr. Anita will first spend time talking with you about your pet's history, health concerns and any relevant background information before performing a physical examination. Obtaining a thorough history is an essential part of providing appropriate, individualised veterinary care.



Please have the following ready, if applicable:
  • Vaccination records: If you are a new client, please have your pet's vaccination card or certificates available.
  • Pet insurance: If your pet is insured, please have your policy details ready to assist with processing your insurance claim.

Payment can be made via EFTPOS, PayID, bank transfer or cash.
